MDHA approves Five Points plan proposal

The development team behind a mixed-use building proposed for a Five Points property has landed Metro approval for the project’s concept plan.

The Metro Development and Housing Agency Design Review Committee voted Tuesday to OK the plan, with the team to need final MDHA approval on some minor elements. Â
