A garden-style Bellevue apartment complex that opened in late 2022 on the former site of a Sam’s Club has sold for about $99.34 million.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the new owner of Novel Harpeth Heights, located at 615 Old Hickory Blvd., is Boston-based real estate investment giant TA Realty.
