Magnolia Investment Partners and Tenn Properties announced Thursday the acquisition of Brentwood Commons, a South Davidson County office park with four buildings offering a collective 440,000 square feet.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed in a release; however, a source who asked to go unnamed said the purchase price was $88.3 million. The buyers have landed a $48.5 million loan from Wells Fargo, according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document.
