After having acquired multiple properties located near its campus the past three years or so, Lipscomb University has now sold three Green Hills properties for a collective $3 million, with the new owner seemingly eyeing new residences for the site.

Though Davidson County Register of Deeds documents are somewhat unclear, the properties — each offering a pre-1970-constructed single-family home and sitting adjacent to one another — apparently offer addresses of 4516, 4522 and 4526 Belmont Park Terrace.
