Veteran residential real estate broker Lawrence Lipman has sold his local RE/MAX franchise.

Lipman told the Post he sold RE/MAX Homes and Estates: Lipman Group to a North Carolina-based company with 28 RE/MAXes located in the South and with an office operating in Nashville. He declined to identify the company and terms of the transaction.
