A Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is slated for downtown’s new Peabody Union — the development’s first announced commercial tenant.

Hensler Development Group, Stiles, and PGIM Real Estate — the team behind the development of the Rolling Mill Hill site with the three-building Peabody Union — announced Jeni’s will take about 1,190 square feet of space that faces the Metro Greenway and the Cumberland River, according to a press release.
