Inglewood building eyed for sports pub sells for $1.6M

An entity affiliated with Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood watering holes GoodTimes and Lucky’s has paid $1.6 million for an Inglewood building that had accommodated a cocktail lounge and is now planned for a sports bar.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, an LLC comprising Philip Wallace and Ed Federovich now owns the 0.58-acre property, with an address of 3807 Gallatin Pike. The building on the site previously accommodated Henry James Bar, which recently ceased operations.
