Details are emerging regarding the future Germantown building to house a Terry Black’s BBQ restaurant.

As the Post reported in early April, an LLC that shares an address with Mike Black and Black Family Investments of Lockhart, Texas, paid $7.2 million for the four-parcel property — for which two retail buildings previously were eyed.
