Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers Corp. has paid $118.5 million for the high-profile Brentwood Place Shopping Center anchored by Total Wine, TJ Maxx and Nordstrom Rack.

According to Williams County property records, Brentwood Place Holding LLC was the seller, having paid $60.2 million for the five-building property in 2007. The LLC is affiliated with Dallas-based Swift Creek Holdings.
