A Nashville company known for its work in Music Row has paid $8 million for Germantown property home to O-Ku Sushi and located near Bearded Iris Brewing Co., according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document.

An LLC affiliated with Hall Capital now owns the property, which offers addresses of 81, 85 and 91 Van Buren St.
