Hamilton industrial park Bridgestone site

Nashville-based Hamilton Development and New York-headquartered Clarion Partners have paid $90.7 million for the former Bridgestone tire plant in La Vergne, with plans to redevelop the Rutherford County site into a Class A industrial park.

According to a release, the future industrial park will offer a collective 1.5 million square feet of space in 10 buildings.
