Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers founder Todd Graves has paid $15 million — a eye-popping $3,795 per foot — for one of the Four Seasons Private Residences penthouses, seemingly a high mark for a local condominium sale.

A Davidson County Register of Deeds document notes Graves acquired the roughly 4,000-square-foot unit via WQFS Holdings LLC.
