The team behind the Dolly Parton-branded Songteller Hotel slated for downtown Nashville is seeking Metro permission related to awnings and signage for the building.

As the Post reported in November 2024, work is underway to convert the downtown office and retail building — called 211 Commerce and located at the address from which its name derives — to a hospitality business to be called Songteller Hotel.
