Truist Plaza

Downtown mixed-use tower Truist Plaza has sold for $84.5 million.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the new owner is an LLC affiliated with California-based investment firm Menlo Equities. The company has acquired or developed sites with buildings representing about $8.4 billion of collective value and totaling 24.4 million square feet in the office, data center, research and development lab, life science, and industrial sectors.
