Déjà Vu site in Gulch sells for undisclosed sum

Austin-based Endeavor Real Estate Group has acquired a Gulch property perhaps best recognized as the former home to Déjà Vu Showgirls and on which it hopes to break ground this month on an office and retail tower.

The 12-parcel property is home to six buildings and had multiple owners, with the most high-profile sellers being local real estate investors and developers Jim Caden and Dave Arnholt.
