Creative office space eyed for Germantown warehouse

The owner of a large industrial building once part of the Werthan Packaging facility in Germantown is looking to adaptively reuse the structure for creative office space.

SWHR Germantown LLC owns the 100,000-square-foot building, which runs along Taylor Street but has an address of 1401 Fifth Ave. N. (See the structure here and here courtesy of Google Maps.)
