As the Post reported in March (read here), and according to Davidson County Register of Deeds, Geoff Sernyak acquired 1100 and 1102 16th Ave. S. The 1100 site offers a 1920-opened former residential building (now zoned for commercial purposes) that once housed Buffalo Valley Rehab Nashville Outpatient Center. The 1102 parcel serves as a surface parking lot.
