The master developer of Century Farms is eyeing a mixed-use development for an East Davidson County site located less than a mile from Percy Priest Lake.

According to a document filed with the Metro Planning Department, Nashville’s Oldacre McDonald seeks to undertake the project on a 22.31-acre property located at 605 Stewarts Ferry Pike. Connection United Methodist Church Inc. owns the property, with Metro records unclear as to what that entity paid for it.
