A California retail clothing company is slated for 12 South. 

According to a Metro permit, Rails is set to be located at 2212 12th Ave. S., part of the Ashwood 12 South development (see renderings here). The 116,500-square-foot project has been headed up by New York-based real estate investment and development firm Turnbridge Equities.
