A Bordeaux property seemingly eyed for a residential building has sold for $5.7 million.

As the Post reported in May 2025, the seven-story 244-unit structure is planned for the 3.56-acre North Davidson County site, which is located at 2500 and 2506 Buena Vista Pike and overlooks the Cumberland River.
