Benchmark Realty merges with Dallas entity

Franklin-based Benchmark Realty has merged with Dallas-based United Real Estate.

Operating from seven Nashville-area locations with 1,300 agents and handling $3.2 billion worth of annual sales, Benchmark bills itself as the largest independent real estate brokerage businesses based in Middle Tennessee. It has retained the Benchmark moniker.
