A James Beard award semifinalist chef and Food Network personality is bringing a restaurant to East Nashville.  

Chef Mason Hereford told the Nashville Business Journal that he may choose to open a second location for his New Orleans restaurant, Turkey and the Wolf, or a different concept. The restaurant is known for its bologna sandwich and collard green melt, which Hereford confirmed to Business Journal would be on the menu.
