An apartment complex is being eyed for a North Davidson County property located about two blocks north of the Cumberland River.

According to a Metro Planning Department document, the development will unfold on about 9.86 acres at 847 and 865 W. Trinity Lane. The document notes that 250 multi-family units are planned for six structures. A swimming pool and clubhouse are slated.
