An addition is being sought for the Fairfield Inn and Suites building located in The Gulch.

According to a document submitted to the Metro Planning Department, the effort would include a new structure to be oriented on the back side of the existing building. That structure would rise eight floors and offer 136 rooms. In addition, a 158 parking spaces would be included within the structure, seemingly via two levels.
