12South property sells for $4M

Nashville-based real estate investor and landlord Treg Warner has paid $4 million for a 109-year-old masonry building that helped sparked the revitalization of 12South in the early 2000s.

The Paris Building, with an address of 2814 12th Ave. S., was the first of 11 buildings 1221 Partners purchased over a period of years to help jumpstart the 12South business district. The limited liability company, co-owned by Mark Deutschmann, Joel Solomon and other unnamed partners, paid $150,000 for the building in 1994, according to Metro records.
