To help advance this debate on health care reform, I have written my own bill, the Every American Insured Health Act, with Sen. Richard Burr, R-North Carolina, and others, which would provide every American a tax credit - cash in hand - ($2,160 for individuals; $5,400 for families) for the purpose of purchasing health insurance.
