Ardent wraps acquisition, names COO

Ardent Health Services has completed its purchase of Texas-based LHP Hospital Group and brought the former leader of that organization into its C-suite.

Burton Hills-based Ardent now has $3 billion in annual revenues. The company owns 19 hospitals in six states and employs 18,000 people.
