Marty Bonick

Ardent Health is rescinding its severance package to former leader Marty Bonick, noting a discrepancy invalidating the compensation.

Specifically, and according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission⁠ filing, the Ardent board determined Bonick failed to fully disclose some compensation received from third parties and during his tenure with the company.
