Antioch apartments sell for $53.4M

An Antioch garden-style apartment complex has sold for about $53.4 million, $21.5 million more than the figure for which it changed ownership hands roughly five years ago.

Known as The Cambridge at Hickory Hollow, the facility has an address of 660 Bell Road.
