Acadia adds i-banker to board

A veteran health care investment banker has joined the board of Acadia Healthcare, growing its member count to eight.

Jason Bernhard comes to Franklin-based Acadia with more than 25 years of investment banking experience. He has been at Lazard for more than two decades and is now COO of that firm’s Financial Advisory North America group, managing director and head of health care investment banking for North America and and a vice chairman of investment banking overall.
