New Vanderbilt women’s basketball coach Shea Ralph has completed her inaugural coaching staff, announcing the hires of Tom Garrick, Ashley Earley and Kevin DeMille last week.

Garrick and Earley have previous coaching experience at Vanderbilt, serving as assistants at varying points in time, while DeMille arrives from UConn, where he worked with Ralph for seven years.
