Shurmur's streak ends in Vanderbilt's loss at Georgia

Vanderbilt reached the end zone for the first — and only — time Saturday against Georgia with two seconds to play.

At that point, starting quarterback Kyle Shurmur was on the sideline, replaced by backup Mo Hasan, and his career-long streak of 13 consecutive games with a touchdown pass was finished. The senior led the Commodores for 10 possessions, two of which ended with field goals, one with a failed fourth-down attempt, six with punts and one when time ran out on the first half.
