Nurses at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital in northeastern Pennsylvania and the National Labor Relations Board are suing the hospital, owned by Community Health Systems. The suit alleges the hospital is "bargaining in bad faith and have made 'illegal, unilateral' changes to their employment terms."
