Nashville-based Jackson Builders has begun work on a townhome project on Buchanan Street, the boutique residential development and construction company’s fourth multi-unit undertaking of note in North Nashville.

Roberto Gutierrez, a certified public accountant and managing partner with Jackson Builders (which also includes brothers Rogers Jackson and Alexander Jackson), said the company is developing the site in conjunction with local developers Jody Roberts and Jeff Gaw. The address is 1106 Buchanan St.
