The St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon/Half-Marathon Nashville likely will have to change course for a year.

The NFL’s decision this week to bring its 2019 draft to Nashville almost certainly will create conflicts with the annual road race. Both events are set for the final weekend in April with the race on Saturday morning, the same time as the final four rounds of the draft.
