Metro Planning releases urban core design, development report

The Metro Planning department released Wednesday an initial report outlining design and development in Nashville’s urban core.

The Existing Conditions and Trends Report concludes the analysis phase of Metro Planning’s comprehensive Design and Development Strategy initiative announced in March looking to examine the procedures leading growth Nashville, such as zoning, historic resources, transportation and mobility, environment, community facilities, services and utilities, as well as development processes, conditions and trends.
