Jarrard brings on ex-Saint Thomas CEO as of counsel

Jarrard Phillips Cate & Hancock has added to its lineup of of-counsel advisors former Saint Thomas Health CEO Mike Schatzlein.

Schatzlein took over at Saint Thomas in 2010 after running an Indiana network for Community Health Systems and led the local network for five years before moving into a broader role for parent entity Ascension. He retired at the end of last year but remains involved locally as chairman of the board of the Center for Medical Interoperability and a member of Council Capital’s CEO Council.
