MP&F promotes 12, including VP

McNeely Pigott & Fox announced 12 promotions today, including the appointment of Mary Ruth Raphael as vice president.Formerly a MP&F senior account supervisor, Raphael (pictured) joined the Nashville-based public relations firm in 2001 and manages its work for the U.S. Department of Labor's Job Corps program.
