Memorial Foundation taps long-time VP to serve as president

Hendersonville-based nonprofit The Memorial Foundation has named Scott S. Perry as president, effective immediately.

Perry succeeds the late J.D. Elliot, who died on July 22 after have led the grant-making organization since its inception in 1997 (read more here). Perry previously served as vice president of The Memorial Foundation, also since 1997.
