Nashville’s Jillian’s restaurant, situated in Opry Mills, is one of the nine complexes of Jillian’s Entertainment Holdings that soon will be acquired by Dave & Buster’s (DAB) of Dallas.

Dave & Buster’s, a chain of 33 restaurant and entertainment concepts, already has secured the financing for the transaction and will acquire out of bankruptcy the operating assets of the nine Jillian's locations for $27 million. It also will acquire the brand name so that it can operating these complexes under the Jillian’s brand.
