Chauhan Ale & Masala House lands permit for North Gulch space

Chef Maneet Chauhan (pictured) has taken the next step toward opening her Chauhan Ale & Masala House, to be located at 123 12th Ave. N. in the North Gulch. The building's owner has been issued a permit, valued at $550,000, to rehab the space, which most recently was home to Rooster's Bar-B-Que. Hannah Constructors LLC will handle the work.
