NashvillePost.com Inc., the producer of this online business news service reporting on Middle Tennessee, has acquired Eagle Communications Inc., the publisher of Business Nashville magazine. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Chris Stovall, publisher and editor of Business Nashville, has joined journalist David A. Fox and Solidus Co. as principal shareholders in NashvillePost.com Inc. Solidus Co. is a private investment fund that has provided capital for NashvillePost.com since it began publishing in January 2000.
