Gordon still going at U.S. Amateur

Stroke play is not necessarily an indicator of what is to come in the match play portion of the U.S. Amateur.

Vanderbilt’s Will Gordon, though, was one of the top players in the field of 312 during the 36 holes of stroke play at the start of the week. And he is still playing late in the week as the national championship moves into the latter stages of match play.
