Sylvan Supply lands consulting giant

Multinational professional services company Accenture is eyeing a May opening of an office at the under-construction Sylvan Supply, making it the first announced office tenant for the West Nashville mixed-use development, Nashville Business Journal reports.

Atlanta-based Third & Urban co-owns the Sylvan Supply site at 4101 Charlotte Ave., the former home of Madison Mill Inc., and officials told NBJ the roughly 36,400 square feet of space Accenture will lease can accommodate upwards of 300 employees.
