An Inglewood building once home to a Piggly Wiggly grocery store and now Colt's Chocolates Co. has been offered for sale for $4.5 million.

Of note, musician Blake Sennett — perhaps best known for having served as the lead guitarist for indie rock band Rilo Kiley — owns the 0.87-acre property at 3611 Gallatin Pike. He paid $1.55 million for it in August 2017, according to Metro records. Since the purchase, Sennett has made significant investments to upgrade the structure, according to marketing materials.
