Community Health Systems is in the midst of a months-long labor negotiation for an Oregon hospital it purchased in 2007 that, according to a story in The Register-Guard, has turned sour:

With its three-year contract set to expire Wednesday, the union is starting to pour on the heat. It ran a half-page ad in The Register-Guard on Monday, stating that since Community Health Systems took over McKenzie-Willamette, health care workers have been cut and workload increased, affecting patient care.
