Catbird Seat reportedly loses two chefs

Two high-profile chefs have left Midtown’s The Catbird Seat, eater.com reported, citing industry sources.

Chef Will Aghajanian and pastry chef Liz Johnson, both recently named James Beard Award co-nominees for the Rising Star Chef category, were with the restaurant for about one year (read more here). They replaced Ryan Poli, who left toward 2018’s end.
