Western Express announces $88M investment

Officials with locally based Western Express announced Tuesday they will expand their Davidson County operations by creating 225 headquarters jobs over the next five years, an $88 million investment.

According to a release, Western Express will add technology, business services and back office support at its Nashville office. The company will also invest in new trucks, trailers, GPS and other transportation-related equipment.
