At a Nashville Technology Council panel discussion last week, a trio of tech executives discussed the challenges they faced during the recession and what they're expecting for the coming months as the economy improves.

All three panelists -- HealthSpring's Andy Flatt, Thomas Nelson's Rick Proctor and Scott Blanchette of Healthways -- said they're concerned about a surge of turnover after a few years of essentially zero staff losses.
