In the first earnings report since its Jan. 1 merger with Synovus Financial Corp., Pinnacle Financial Partners reported solid revenue growth and touted the addition of more than 50 employees.

The Nashville-based regional bank reported net income of $134.7 million, or $0.89 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2026.
